Privacy policy
This page explains what information is collected when you browse ismahunting.az, what it is used for and how long it is kept.
What we collect
- Browsing statistics: which pages and products you view, how long you spend on the site, what you search for, and taps on the “Call”, WhatsApp and map buttons.
- Device information: device type (phone, computer), browser and operating system, and where you came to the site from (for example Google or Instagram).
- IP address and approximate region: your IP address and the country, city and internet provider derived from it. This does not reveal your exact address.
- Location: after you tap “I accept”, your browser asks for permission to share your location. If you don’t allow it, your precise location is not collected. A shared location is rounded to about 10 metres and used only to improve our service.
- Contact form: the name, phone, email and message you enter when you fill in the form.
What we use it for
We use this information to understand which products and regions draw the most interest, to improve our catalogue and service, to reply to your enquiries and to prepare offers that suit you. We do not sell your information or pass it to advertising companies.
Cookies and browser storage
We set one cookie in your browser (isma_vid, 1 year) to recognise repeat visits, and use browser storage to remember your notification choices. You can delete these at any time in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
Browsing statistics, IP and location data are kept for at most 12 months and then deleted automatically. Information sent through the contact form is kept until your enquiry has been dealt with.
Data security
The data is stored only in a control panel that authorised İsmahunting staff access with two-step verification. Your region is determined from your IP address on our own server; your address is not sent to third-party services.
Your rights
Under the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Personal Data”, you have the right to find out what information we hold about you, to correct it or to ask for it to be deleted. To do so, contact us: contact@ismahunting.az, +994 99 319 13 33.
